For the last 3 years I have had experience teaching orthopedic massage as a Clinic Supervisor with Makami College of Massage Therapy. I give one-on-one instruction to the students relavent to treatment; relating to whiplash, tendonosis, thoracic outlet syndrome and other nerve related pathologies to name a few. I have taught and studied anatomy as it pertains to massage for several years, and I give the students guidence and demonstrate techniques with clients during clinic. While working with Makami I've had experience at 2 different spas, one in Edmonton when my Career first started, and another in Calgary. I am currently focusing on clinic supervision and expanding my massage business, while I continue my studies at the U of C.
Note: I will be moving soon to a location where I can offer massage from home, so there will be an option of receiving massage at my place for less, or receiving mobile massage with drive time and setup factored into the cost.
